The device consists of a combined transformer, a high voltage switch (permanent magnet structure), a measuring unit, an electrical energy acquisition terminal and a system management software.

The combined transformer unit consists of two current transformers and two voltage transformers to form the V/V-12 connection metering mode, which provides the ~220V power supply needed by the metering signal and the control unit.(The three components are connected by Y/Yn method, which is mainly suitable for three-phase unbalanced lines) The transformer body is made of outdoor epoxy resin in one time casting, which has good rainproof, ventilation and moisture-proof functions, and features of maintenance-free and high dynamic and thermal stability. The transformer combination and high voltage switch are installed together in a fully enclosed transformer box specially designed to save equipment space and greatly reduce the workload of on-site installation. The new type of high voltage permanent magnet switch has the characteristics of small volume, high spirit sensitivity, reliable operation and long service life.

The control unit (acquisition terminal) and the metering unit (electricity meter) are installed in the same control box, and the control box has an open-door monitoring system. The system management software is installed in the power management department. The acquisition terminal is directly connected by the anti-theft cable and the permanent magnet switch, which provides the on-off and on-off signal for the permanent magnet switch, and transmits the electrical energy and related information transmitted from the electricity meter to the system management software through GPRS/GSM channel, and also responds to the system management software. The system management software not only has powerful information management functions, but also has the function of docking with the state grid 186 system. It is a necessary software for power system automation.
